So what exactly is coaching?

Coaching can help you build self-confidence and self-belief, develop skills and behaviours you want to refine, build sound working relationships, increase your self-awareness and leverage your strengths.

An executive coach is a partner to work with you – a coach supports you, challenges you, helps you identify your options and best way forward, is your personal cheerleader, your confidante, encourages you to become more self-aware, empowers you to play to your strengths.

A coach provides a kind of support that is distinct from any other.

Your coach will focus on you and your situation with complete attention and commitment to you.

A 1-to-1 coaching programme is scheduled over a period of up to six months and involves a series of either face to face or virtual monthly coaching sessions, lasting approximately 90 minutes per session.

The agenda can be led by you. It might range from current challenges you want to discuss, transitions you may be making; workplace issues; working relationships; handling office politics; your leadership style; maximising your natural strengths in management…the list is endless…

Executive coaching

Coaching sessions provide time to step off the hamster wheel of your professional life.

"I wanted to develop my leadership style through coaching because I’d just been appointed to an executive role. Marie was fantastic at building my confidence and empowering me to develop my style of leadership. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who wants to leverage their natural skills."
-- Sam Uren, Engineering Director, SLC Rail
And what benefits will it bring you?

By creating a safe space for you to discuss things confidentially, coaching allows you to fully explore any given situation or challenge faced, weigh up options available, decide on the best course of action (which may be to take no action), reflect upon any emotional or behavioural challenges and plan the way ahead.

Coaching-for-women-leadersCoaching sessions provide time to step off the hamster wheel of your professional life, think strategically and reflect and develop your personal plan of action.

Through our collaboration as client and coach, the process will help you find your own best way forward.

Coaching can be transformational for managers. Providing time for self-reflection, it raises self-awareness to help you move forward. At its most fundamental, coaching is a catalyst for change and a crucial part of that is becoming more conscious of your strengths, areas for growth and aspirations.
